I am giddy to report that we are on day four of Charlie actually napping! Three out of the four days, he has been rocked to sleep (which isn't good as that will be a tough habit to break once the little ones are here). And one day, he fell asleep on the cushion of the rocking chair. Man-oh-man does it feel good to have a napper again. Knock on wood!
