The boys continue to be so good to their sisters! Henry placed pillows all around the girls so they wouldn't get hurt . . . so sweet until he insisted on crawling in between them! :)

Guess which one?!?!
I caught beautiful Beatrice in a photogenic mood one afternoon. Lou will have her turn . . .
First day by my big girl self!
We've had lots of help over the past couple of months! But there came a time when I had to be on my own! Here we are early September on our first day flying solo . . . it actually didn't go too bad! :)
Being creative with how we play has been key to successful days!
Tent day is always fun!
And the girls got in a good outdoor nap that morning! :)
Big Boy Bed?!?!
We have three bedrooms on our second floor, which means the boys will share a room and so will the girls. Knowing the boys would eventually share a room, we bought bunk beds for the boys when Henry made the move to a big boy bed about two years ago. Well, we don't trust that the bunk beds are safe for the youngsters yet, so we just purchased a trundle for Charlie to sleep on until they get a bit older. Well, sleep is what should be happening but just isn't in the big boy room!!!
Here are the boys on our first attempt at sharing a room . . . a very unsuccessful attempt!! We've tried several other nights but Charlie just gets too hyper. So, for now, we're back to separate rooms (which is okay for now as the girls are still in with us and still getting up several times a night). I'm not sure when bedtime will get easier, but "the sooner the better" would be nice! :)
Preschool!
Henry is an official preschooler as of September 5th! He goes two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 9-12:30. We have him stay an extra hour for "lunch bunch" and he LOVES it! I think it's a welcome change of venue from the chaos that ensues at our house each day! :)
