Henry has been into "Pookie" books by Sandra Boynton lately. In one of them, piggy pancakes are made. Henry insisted we make some piggy pancakes as well. We have now made piggy pancakes for breakfast the last several mornings (I keep a batch in the freezer so I'm not actually making pancakes every morning!!) . . . they have gotten more elaborate each day with requests for legs, hair, etc. I guess it's a good way to get him to eat a bunch of fruit for breakfast!
