Our sweet Charlie turned 6 months on February 15! It's hard to believe he is a half-a-year-old already. The first 6-months really flew by! I think it may have something to do with having a busy 2-year-old in the house! Charlie has really made a huge turn around in the past month!! He is SO MUCH FUN!!! And, knock on wood, quite easy these days! Just in the past couple of weeks he has started to roll to wherever he wants to go. He is able to sit up with support, touch/suck on his toes, and play contently for long stretches of time. He generally goes to bed between 6:30 and 7 and has finally started taking decent naps- usually an hour or so in the morning (if it is not interrupted by an activity) and a good 2 hours in the afternoon (WAHOO!). He is now wearing 9-month (sometimes 12 month!) clothes and size 3 diapers.
At his 6-month check up, the doctor pronounced him a healthy boy! :) Because of his digestive issues, the doc recommended skipping cereal for now and going straight to some baby food (mashed avocado, sweet potatoes, squash, etc.). Otherwise, nothing too earth shattering to report!

Short and squat! Wonder where he gets that from?!

Charlie had his first haircut and when I say haircut, I mean "tail cut." Yes, we got rid of his 80s tail!! Uncle Mike would be devastated!
Charlie is now enjoying sips of water from a big boy sippy cup!
And LOVED his first taste of avocado!
